First, sit firmly on the operator’s seat, adjust the seat position to a comfortable and safe operating posture, and fasten the safety belt tightly. Shift the transmission control lever to the Neutral (N) gear position. Step on the accelerator pedal slightly to prepare for starting. Turn the ignition key to start the engine, and check all instrument indicators on the dashboard to confirm normal operating status. The machine is only allowed to start traveling and operation after the barometer reading reaches the specified standard value.
Start Preparation: Sound the horn in advance to issue a safety warning to surrounding personnel, then operate the machine slowly and stably to avoid sudden start and impact.
Standard Operating Mode: Adopt the professional V-cycle operating method. Drive the machine forward to the material pile, insert the bucket into the material, complete material scooping, then reverse the machine, turn to the direction of the transport vehicle, move forward again, lift the boom and flip the bucket to finish material unloading.
Loading Operation Specification: Keep the bucket horizontal or slightly downward when inserting into the material pile, and coordinate the boom lifting and bucket rotating actions synchronously to realize efficient material scooping with minimal resistance.
Unloading Operation Specification: Lift the boom to a reasonable height matching the transport vehicle carriage, then flip the bucket forward smoothly to completely unload all materials. Ensure the whole operation process is stable and gentle to reduce mechanical impact and material scattering.
