1. Municipal Engineering and Urban Development: The XE150E is ideal for urban construction foundation excavation, trench laying, and site leveling. Its flexible operation allows it to adapt to relatively narrow construction environments, and it can be equipped with a breaker for concrete breaking and other tasks, supporting urban renewal and infrastructure development.
2. Agricultural Water Conservancy and Rural Construction: In agricultural water conservancy projects, the XE150E can be used for channel excavation and dredging, pond excavation, and farmland renovation. Its low fuel consumption helps reduce operational costs, making it a reliable tool for small-scale earthwork projects in rural areas.
3. Mining, Quarrying, and Material Handling: Thanks to its strong digging force and durable structural design (such as special wear-resistant steel plates on the bucket), the XE150E can handle tasks such as mining, loading, and clearing loose materials in quarries and sand pits.
4. Flexible Application with Multiple Attachments: The XE150E's “multi-functional attachment system” is a key feature. By swapping out different attachments, such as a hydraulic breaker, rotary drill, or vibrating compactor, it can be adapted for various specialized applications, including rock breaking, drilling and piling, and foundation compaction, achieving multi-functional use with a single machine.
First, check the oil, hydraulic fluid, and coolant levels to ensure the equipment is functioning properly. After starting the engine, idle for 3–5 minutes to warm up. During operation, use the left and right control levers to control movement and steering. The right handle controls the bucket and boom movements. Maintain a stable posture and avoid sudden stops or turns. After use, clean the equipment and park it on a flat surface, then turn off the power. Regularly maintain the filters and lubrication points to extend the service life. Safety first—always monitor the surrounding environment!
1. ENGINE STARTS BUT STALLS WHEN SHIFTING GEARS OR OPERATING?
This is typically caused by excessive engine load. Inspect the hydraulic system for sticking (e.g., malfunctioning hydraulic pump regulator causing constant power imbalance) or significant resistance in the transmission system (e.g., transmission).
2. ABNORMALLY HIGH FUEL CONSUMPTION?
① Engine-related: Check for clogged air filters or poor atomization in fuel injectors. ② Hydraulic system: Check for system overflow (caused by excessively high pressure valve settings or sticking) or internal leakage.
③ Operating habits: Prolonged operation under high load conditions.
3. ALL CYLINDERS EXHIBIT WEAKNESS OR SAGGING?
The issue typically lies not in the cylinders themselves, but in the common components. Check whether the output pressure/flow from the main hydraulic pump is insufficient, or whether the main safety valve (main relief valve) has leaks, sticking, or is set to an excessively low pressure.
4. ARE TRACK LINK BOLTS FREQUENTLY LOOSE?
They were not tightened to the specified preload torque or threadlocker was not applied. Tighten strictly according to manual requirements and perform regular inspections.
5. IS THE TRACK ROLLER FLANGE WORN ON ONE SIDE?
Excessive or insufficient track tension causes track misalignment, leading to interference and wear on the track roller flange.
6. DOES THE UNDERCARRIAGE EMIT A CLICKING SOUND DURING OPERATION?
Excessive clearance between the track link pins and bushings requires replacing the entire track assembly or individually replacing pins and bushings.
