Product Introduction
The RT50 features a four-axle all-wheel-drive chassis and multi-axle steering system with multiple steering modes, achieving a minimum turning radius of just 10.5 meters for exceptional agility in narrow, rugged terrain. Its maximum gradeability of 45% and top speed exceeding 40 km/h ensure excellent maneuverability and complex terrain traversability. It supports three operational modes: outrigger-supported lifting, tire-supported lifting, and load-carrying travel. With a maximum main boom length of 42 meters and a maximum lifting height of 60 meters (main boom + jib), it rapidly adapts to heavy-load lifting demands across diverse complex construction sites.
Product Advantage
RT50 is equipped with the two-axle loading chassis, which has two types of drive modes, four types of steering modes and backward-forward driving functions. It also has four sections of dodecagon main booms, Jib stowed under boom, H-type outrigger, fixed balance counterweight, as well as three working modes, including: hoisting with the support of outriggers, hoisting with the support of tire and hoisting when driving.
Maneuvering and Flexible, Quick and Efficient
The max. speed reaches 50km/h and the max. gradeability is 55% and the min. turning radius is 5m. All these three factors make it flexible. Self-localization and self-locked Jib stowed under booms make it needs no auxiliary operator and no equipment, and can quickly retract, and efficiently work.
Safe and Reliable, No Worry to Handle
The product is equipped with lifting protection control system in case of overload, over-retracting and over-stretching as well as exclusive technology in this field like rear axle-wheel automatic return-control system and safety-driving automatic protection system. All these elevate its safety performance largely.

Product Uses
1. Mining and Quarry Operations
Ideal for lifting and transporting ore, stone, equipment components, and installing pipelines in mines and quarries. Its rugged chassis and powerful off-road capability handle rough and challenging terrain.
2. Oilfield and Energy Sites
Used for equipment installation, pipe handling, and maintenance support at oilfield and energy project sites. Three operating modes—outrigger-supported lifting, tire-supported lifting, and load-carrying travel—accommodate diverse construction site requirements.
3. Road, Bridge, and Infrastructure Construction
Widely deployed at highway and bridge construction sites for hoisting precast components, steel materials, and other building supplies. Its extended boom configurations provide excellent working reach, effectively covering common low-rise construction areas.
4. Port and Warehouse Logistics
In ports and large warehousing facilities, it efficiently handles loading/unloading and transshipment of heavy cargo, machinery, and materials. Its agile mobility and 360° slewing capability enhance logistics efficiency.
5. Equipment Maintenance and Emergency Response
Ideal for equipment inspection and maintenance in industrial and mining enterprises, as well as emergency response at natural disaster or accident sites. Its excellent stability and reliable continuous operation capability address diverse requirements.
Product Operate Guide
RT50 operation must be strictly standardized. Before operation, ensure outriggers are fully extended and supported on solid, level ground. Monitor the load moment indicator (LMI) throughout operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Control boom movements smoothly via the control console, paying attention to the flexible switching between multiple steering modes. During lifting operations, a dedicated signal person must direct operations to ensure cargo is securely fastened and personnel are kept clear.
