Product Operation Guide
Pre-operation Inspection
Check the liquid level of engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, fuel and urea. Inspect main boom, steel wire rope, outriggers and connecting parts for abrasion, leakage and looseness. Ensure all safety protection devices and alarm systems are in normal working state.
Site Preparation
Park the crane on flat, solid and stable ground, keep a safe distance from high-voltage lines and obstacles. Fully extend the four H-type outriggers, place backing plates evenly, and adjust the body to horizontal level.
Start and No-load Test
Start the engine and keep idling for warm-up. Conduct no-load test on boom telescoping, luffing, slewing and winch lifting to confirm all hydraulic actions are smooth and sensitive.
Standard Hoisting Operation
Operate strictly in accordance with the lifting performance chart. Overload lifting, inclined pulling and side pulling are prohibited. Operate the control lever gently and steadily, avoid sudden start, sudden stop and sharp rotation. Keep safe distance between lifted goods and surrounding personnel.
Post-operation Management
Land the load steadily, retract the steel wire rope, fold the main boom in place, and fully retract the outriggers. Park the machine in a safe area, shut down the engine, cut off the power supply, clean the whole equipment and complete daily maintenance.
