Product Operate Guide
The operation of the XDR80T dump truck requires a valid certificate and strict compliance with safety regulations. Before starting the operation, a round-around inspection must be carried out to ensure that the tire pressure, lighting, hydraulic system and structural components are normal.
Start and stop smoothly while driving and make reasonable use of the electric slow braking system. When unloading, the vehicle must be parked steadily on a solid and flat ground. After confirming that there is no one around, lift the cargo compartment. After unloading, make sure the cargo compartment is completely lowered and locked before driving. Overloading, uneven loading, driving with the cargo box lifted and coasting in neutral are strictly prohibited. Operators should always be vigilant about blind spots, operate in a standardized manner, and ensure the safety of people and vehicles. For detailed steps, please refer to the official operation manual.
FAQ
A: Its electric Retarder braking system should be fully utilized. Adjust the braking force by controlling the handle to keep the vehicle going downhill at a constant speed. This will significantly reduce the frequency of use of traditional service brakes (foot brakes) and prevent the braking system from failing due to overheating (brake thermal fade). The foot brake serves as an auxiliary and ultimate means of parking.
1. Parking in place: A flat and solid unloading platform must be selected. The vehicle must come to a complete stop and the handbrake must be applied.
2. Observe the environment: Ensure that there is absolutely no one and no obstacles behind the vehicle and within the lifting space.
3. Engine speed: Before lifting, the engine speed should be increased to the rated range to ensure that the hydraulic pump has sufficient power.
4. It is strictly prohibited to drive with the cargo box lifted: After unloading is completed, it must be confirmed that the cargo box has completely fallen back and been locked before moving the vehicle. This is an unbreakable rule for preventing a rollover.
A: Before daily work, the following should be done:
• Round-trip inspection: Check the tire pressure and damage, whether there is any oil leakage, whether the lights and horn are normal, and whether there are any cracks in the structural components.
After starting, check: Observe the dashboard (whether the oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, etc. are normal) and listen for any abnormal sounds from the engine.
• System check: Test whether the brakes are effective.
The XDR80T is equipped with an intelligent dashboard. When the system detects A fault, it will display it in the form of a fault code. The operator should record the code immediately.
The basic thinking for judgment is:
Refer to the manual: In the fault code section of the "Operation and Maintenance Manual" provided with the vehicle, you can quickly locate possible fault causes and offer handling suggestions based on the codes.
A: Mainly start from the following aspects:
• Standardized operation: Avoid sudden acceleration, sudden braking, and rough handling to save fuel and tire wear.
• Preventive maintenance: Regular maintenance should be carried out strictly in accordance with the time or hours specified in the maintenance manual. Use genuine oil and filter elements to prevent problems before they occur.
• Utilize data: Monitor fuel consumption, tire pressure, load and other data through the on-board management system, analyze and optimize operational efficiency.
• Training drivers: A skilled and well-behaved driver is the key to reducing operating costs.
