Product Introduction
* Featuring compact structure, advanced performances, and complete safety protection, this machine is a special for building construction.
* Featuring zero-emission, high environmental-friendliness, stable lifting & lowering, easy operations, and convenient maintenances, it can be extensively applied in factories, warehouses, airports, and stations and is especially suitable for narrow working environments.
* Load capacity at 240kg is leading in this field.
* The 4km/h dirve speed and 25% gradeability make the operations easier.
Product Advantage
* The narrow structure design enables the machine to pass through single gateway with ease and the folding railings are used to realize easier transportation and translocation.
* The small turning radius design can guarantee flexible use in narrow spaces.

Product Uses
• Warehousing and logistics: Storage and retrieval of goods on high shelves, warehouse maintenance, and replacement of lighting fixtures.
• Industrial production: Installation and maintenance of large equipment, production line maintenance, and construction of factory steel structures.
• Large shopping malls and exhibition centers: Installation and cleaning of ceilings, lighting, surveillance systems, and billboards.
• Construction: Interior decoration, water and electricity installation, fire protection facility installation, etc.
• Any occasion that requires safe, efficient and heavy-load hollow operations.
Product Operate Guide
Check the battery level, structure and surrounding environment. Operate through the platform or ground controller to confirm the safety of the path while driving. When working, ensure that the ground is solid and flat, and set up warning areas. Press the emergency stop button immediately in case of emergency. After descending, fully retract the scissor arm and cut off the power supply. Strictly abide by the manual to ensure the safety of both personnel and machines.
FAQ
A: Please check in the following order:
1. Emergency stop buttons: Confirm whether all emergency stop buttons (platform and underframe) have been reset.
2. Main power switch: Confirm that the main power switch at the bottom of the vehicle has been set to the "ON" position.
3. Battery power: Check if the battery gauge is undercharged and if the electrode connection wires are loose or corroded.
4. Safety devices: Confirm whether the platform guardrail is fully lowered and locked (safety pin activated).
• Battery life: A single charge usually supports 1-2 shifts (approximately 8-16 hours) of normal use, depending on the load, frequency of ascent and descent, and driving distance.
• Charging: Be sure to use the original charger. When the battery level drops below 20%, it should be charged in time to avoid over-discharging. The charging environment should be well-ventilated and dry. The battery should be fully charged before long-term storage.
A: Stop the operation immediately, lower the equipment to the lowest position and turn off the power. Possible reasons include:
The uneven ground causes abnormal stress on the chassis or tires.
The chain is too loose or requires lubrication.
There are foreign objects inside the mechanical structure.
• Hydraulic system issues.
A: Daily pre-work checks must be conducted
• Visual inspection: Check for any deformation or cracks in the structure, tire wear, and oil leakage.
• Functional test: Check whether the lifting, traveling, emergency stop buttons, and alarm devices (such as tilt alarm) are functioning properly.
• Cleaning: Keep the equipment clean, especially the tracks, scissor arms and sensor areas.
Regular maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the manual, such as replacing hydraulic oil, filter elements, and lubricating chains, etc.
A: An alarm usually indicates that the security system has been triggered. Common causes:
• Tilt alarm: If the tilt Angle of the equipment exceeds the safe range, it should be immediately driven back to a flat ground.
• Limit alarm: The equipment has risen to or dropped to the limit position.
• Overload alarm: When the platform load exceeds the rated value, some heavy objects need to be unloaded immediately.
When an alarm occurs, the machine should be stopped first. Only after identifying and eliminating the cause of the alarm can the operation be resumed.
A: Absolutely prohibited. All scissor lift aerial work platforms must perform lifting operations on a level and solid ground. When driving through a slope, it is necessary to confirm that the slope is less than the designed climbing capacity of the equipment (such as 25%), and the platform must be lowered to the lowest position.
