Pre-operation inspection: Check the hydraulic oil level, track tension, and engine coolant. In cold environments, preheat to above 10°C.
Efficient operation techniques: Use the segmented bulldozing method, maintain a 30° angle between the blade and the ground, and utilize the hydraulic system to achieve a leveling accuracy of ±3 cm.
Regular maintenance: Replace the oil filter every 250 hours and lubricate all pins; inspect the wear condition of the undercarriage track rollers every 1,000 hours.
