Intelligent power management: The engine of XLZ2103E features three power regulation curves, which can be switched instantly according to heavy-load, light-load and transfer conditions. This means that during regeneration operations, a high-power mode can be selected to ensure power supply, and when transferring sites, an economy mode can be switched to reduce fuel consumption. It is very intelligent and environmentally friendly.
• Flexible steering system: Its steering system supports multiple modes such as front-wheel steering, rear-wheel steering, all-wheel steering and crab driving. The rear wheels also have an automatic centering function. This makes the machine extremely flexible and easy to operate in narrow construction sites, capable of easily handling various complex working conditions.
• Precise water spraying control: The quality of water spraying is directly related to the compaction degree of the recycled layer. The water pump of this machine has a self-priming function and can be seamlessly connected with various water trucks. ■ Standard Mode (P2) : Applicable to general subgrade conditions and normal operation depth, it is a commonly used mode that takes into account both efficiency and economy.
■ Economy/Transfer Mode (P3) : Suitable for light-load mixing, equipment idling or transfer, the engine operates in the most fuel-efficient state, significantly reducing fuel consumption.
◦ A: The most common reason is:
■ Water source issue: Check the water level in the water tank and confirm that the valve of the water supply cart has been opened.
■ Filter screen/nozzle blockage: Check whether the inlet filter screen and outlet nozzle of the water pump are blocked by impurities and need to be cleaned regularly.
■ System intake: Check whether the connection points of the pipelines are tightly sealed. The self-priming function of the water pump can be utilized for exhaust.
■ Electrical control: Check whether the sprinkler switch and the flow setting value on the control panel are correct.
◦ A: Possible causes include:
■ Uneven tire pressure: Check whether the air pressure of the four tires is consistent and meets the standard.
■ Abnormal hydraulic system: Check whether the working pressure of the walking pump and motor is within the normal range.
