Pre-startup inspection: Confirm that the levels of engine oil, hydraulic oil and fuel are normal, and drain impurities from the oil-water separator. Check the condition of the air filter element, fan belt, as well as the integrity of safety devices such as the FOPS top guard and front window mesh.
Starting and preheating: Release the handbrake, turn on the battery switch, press the start button. After the engine starts, let it idle for 5 to 10 minutes to preheat. Observe that there is no alarm on the instrument panel before commencing work.
Basic operation: Control the boom (forward and backward), bucket rod (extension and retraction), and bucket (retraction and extension) through the joystick. The bucket must be fully closed before digging. "Sweeping" operations are strictly prohibited. Switch modes as needed. For hard rock, select the power mode; for light load, use the economy mode.
Safety and Maintenance: When working, keep at least 1.5 meters away from the edge and stay away from power lines. Clean the filter element daily and use the fan to reverse for dust removal. After the machine stops, lower the bucket to the ground and turn off the power.
Follow the standardized cycle: Check the fuel filter element every 100 hours; Change the engine oil and filter every 250 hours. Replace the fuel filter, hydraulic oil filter and final transmission box oil every 500 hours (and then every 1,000 hours thereafter). Thanks to the centralized lubrication system and easy-to-maintain design, the regular maintenance cost is 15% lower than that of models of the same tonnage, and the maintenance points are within easy reach, allowing for self-completion of basic maintenance.
The warranty period for the entire machine is one year, and the warranty period for the main components (engine, hydraulic pump, etc.) is either one year or 2,000 hours (whichever comes first). During the warranty period, free repair or part replacement services are available for non-human-caused faults. Complete maintenance records must be kept.
It supports flexible selection of soil looseners, breakers and 3.5 to 4.5m³ reinforced buckets. It can also be replaced with 750mm/900mm track plates to adapt to different terrains. Through attachment switching, it can be extended to specific scenarios such as secondary crushing and block stone throwing and filling, and is suitable for operations in multiple fields including mines and ports.
It adopts air-suspended seats and six-point supported silicone oil shock absorbers, combined with a low-noise design to reduce operational fatigue. It is standard-equipped with a fence-type front window guard, FOPS top guard and blind spot monitoring system. It can switch the rear view with one click, meeting the safety requirements of dangerous working conditions such as mines and tunnels.
It adopts a variable dual-pump dual-loop negative flow regulation system, with the main safety valve pressure reaching 31.4 to 34.3MPa and featuring overload protection function. The standard independent cooling system can automatically adjust the fan speed to prevent high-temperature overload. The boom/boom regeneration circuit can also reduce shock and extend the service life of hydraulic components.
