Product Operate Guide
Equipment inspection: A comprehensive inspection of the drilling rig is required before operation.
This includes the mechanical parts (such as the tightness of the chassis, the connection of drill pipes, the verticality error of the mast should be ≤1°, the lubrication of the power head and the wear of the steel wire rope), the hydraulic system (confirming the hydraulic oil level, no leakage in the pipelines, and normal pressure of the main pump), as well as the electrical system and all safety devices.
Environmental confirmation: The construction site must be flat and solid (the bearing capacity of the foundation is recommended to be ≥0.2MPa), and it is essential to avoid obstacles such as high-voltage lines and underground pipelines.
Confirm the drilling position marks and set up warning areas.
Startup process: Insert the key to connect the power supply. Observe that there is no alarm prompt on the instrument panel during self-check, and then start the engine.
After starting, let the engine idle for 3 to 5 minutes to preheat (extend to 10 minutes in winter), and then operate the hydraulic pilot valve to check if all actions are smooth.
Drilling operation
Positioning: Adjust the position of the drilling rig through the crawler walking and slewing mechanism to align the drill bit with the hole position (the recommended error is ≤50mm).
Lower the drill pipe: Operate the pressurization handle to slowly lower the drill pipe until it touches the ground, and then start the power head to rotate (the initial speed is recommended to be 5-20r/min).
