Product Introduction
Two driving types of 4×2 and 4×4 are adopted with forwards and backwards driving function. Four steering modes, min. turning radius is only 7.5m. Developed jointly by Chinese and German engineers, with advanced design concept. 5-section boom of 48m and jib of 20.6m with wide operation range.
Product Advantage
Specialized energy-saving hydraulic system. The torque converter with lockout function has features of large torque at low speeds and high efficiency at high speeds. Elevating control system for freefall, without additional
power needed.

Product Uses
1. Mining and Quarry Operations
Ideal for lifting and transporting large ore blocks, stone materials, heavy equipment components, and installing pipelines in mining and quarry sites. Its rugged chassis and powerful off-road capability (maximum gradeability of 60%)—combined with specialized off-road tires and anti-slip differential lock—ensure reliable performance in rugged and challenging conditions.
2. Oilfield and Energy Base Construction
Deployed at oilfield and energy project sites for installing large equipment, transporting heavy pipes, and supporting maintenance operations. Its three operating modes—outrigger-supported, tire-supported, and load-carrying travel—flexibly adapt to diverse construction site requirements.
3. Large-Scale Road, Bridge, and Infrastructure Construction
Widely deployed at major construction sites like highways and bridges, it handles the lifting of heavy precast components, large steel structures, and other building materials. Its exceptional lifting capacity (120 tons) and extended boom configuration (main boom + jib reaching up to 68.6 meters) effectively cover extensive and challenging work areas.
4. Port and Large-Scale Warehousing Logistics
In ports and large warehousing facilities, it efficiently handles loading/unloading and transshipment of heavy cargo, large machinery, and materials. Its agile mobility (maximum speed 33 km/h) and 360° slewing capability enhance logistics efficiency.
Product Operate Guide
RT120E operation must strictly adhere to regulations. Before commencing work, ensure all outriggers are fully extended and supported on solid, level ground. Monitor the load moment limiter throughout operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Control boom movements smoothly via the control console, paying attention to the flexible switching between multiple steering modes. During lifting operations, a dedicated signal person must direct the process, ensuring cargo is securely fastened and avoiding personnel. After operation, fully retract and secure the boom, and perform regular maintenance. Operators must be certified to perform duties.
FAQ
1. HOW TO SELECT HYDRAULIC OIL?
Choose viscosity grade and quality grade according to equipment requirements, paying attention to the operating temperature range.
2. HOW TO HANDLE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT?
Disconnect the power supply, use a multimeter to locate the short circuit point, repair damaged insulation, and replace faulty wiring harnesses.
3. HOW TO MAINTAIN THE GENERATOR?
Check belt tension, clean the rectifier, inspect carbon brush wear, and periodically measure output voltage.
4. SHINY METAL FLAKES IN DRAINED USED OIL?
Severe warning! Abnormal internal engine wear exists. Immediate disassembly and repair required.
5. IRREGULAR CRACKS APPEARING ON TIRE SIDEWALLS?
Tire aging, or prolonged operation in harsh gravel sites causing cuts from sharp objects.
6. MULTIPLE CONSECUTIVE TEETH ON THE SLEWING RING SHOWING ABNORMAL WEAR?
Minor deformation in the slewing motor mounting surface or the slewing ring itself, leading to poor meshing.
