Product Introduction
XCT80L6 Truck crane is widely used for the lifting operations in general engineering projects, such as construction site, urban renewal, communication and transportation, ports, bridge, oilfields and mine, and complex working environments.
Product Advantage
1.Super lifting performance
6-section boom of 55m with U-type profile is the longest of the same class in the industry; the max. The performance is 10~15% higher than that of the competitors. The telescoping mode is updated from sequential telescoping to random telescoping. New single-cylinder pinning telescoping system brings higher telescoping reliability.
2.Energy-saving hydraulic system
The min. stable slewing speed is 0.1°/s. The min. stable lifting speed (drum) is 2.5m/min. Precise and safe lifting movements can be realized. Independent cooling technology of the hydraulic motor can make the thermal balance temperature of the hydraulic system below 80ºC. It can work normally in the high temperature environment and thus the hoisting operation is safe and reliable.
3.Low-speed large-torque power drive system
Resulting in perfect combination of high power performance and low fuel consumption, i.e.12% reduction in fuel consumption for driving, 15% for operation, and 15% improvement in power performance.

Product Uses
1. Urban Construction and Municipal Renovation Projects
The XCT80L6_I is exceptionally suited for space-constrained operations such as construction sites and old urban district renovations. Its optional “all-wheel steering” chassis achieves a minimum turning radius of just 20 meters, enabling multiple maneuvering modes including crab steering. This agile performance allows it to navigate narrow streets effortlessly, performing tasks like pipe laying and small equipment hoisting while significantly minimizing disruption to residents' daily lives and traffic flow.
2. Transportation Hubs and Large-Scale Infrastructure Construction
This crane is widely deployed in major infrastructure projects like ports, bridges, and highways. Its robust lifting capacity (six-section 60-meter U-shaped main boom with a maximum lifting height of 84.5 meters) efficiently handles critical tasks such as hoisting large precast beams and installing steel structures, ensuring progress and quality in major engineering projects.
3. Industrial Plant Maintenance and Energy Project Installation
The XCT80L6_I is an ideal choice for installing and maintaining large equipment in petrochemical plants, mines, oilfields, and other industrial facilities. Its precise maneuverability and stability enable safe, efficient hoisting and positioning of heavy equipment like large reactors and tanks, meeting demanding operational requirements in complex industrial environments.
4. Special Terrain and Heavy-Load Relocation
For uneven construction sites like mines and oilfields, its optional chassis configuration—dual front-axle steering with dual rear-axle tires—provides greater ground contact area and enhanced load-bearing capacity. During short-distance relocations, it can carry 24.6 tons of counterweight, eliminating trailer costs while safely and efficiently completing heavy-load relocation and lifting tasks.
Product Operate Guide
Before operation, select the appropriate chassis mode (all-wheel steering or conventional mode) based on working conditions. Ensure outriggers are fully extended and the ground is solid. Maintain absolute levelness of the crane during operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Extend and retract the boom smoothly, maintaining safe distances from surrounding obstacles. Rotate slowly and at a constant speed, avoiding abrupt stops or turns. Regularly inspect wire rope wear and hydraulic system seals. After operation, retract the boom, secure the hook, maintain equipment operation records, and perform scheduled maintenance.
FAQ
1. DURING EQUIPMENT OPERATION, IS THE VIBRATION SENSATION TRANSMITTED FROM THE CHASSIS UNUSUALLY INTENSE?
Check whether the engine and hydraulic pump vibration dampers have aged or failed, or if chassis fastening bolts are loose.
2. DOES THE EQUIPMENT FEEL SLUGGISH DURING INITIAL OPERATION AFTER STARTUP, RETURNING TO NORMAL AFTER WARMING UP?
This is normal due to hydraulic oil's high viscosity and poor flow at low temperatures, causing slow system response and increased resistance. Ensure thorough preheating.
3. DOES REMOTE CONTROL OCCASIONALLY EXPERIENCE SIGNAL DELAY OR INTERRUPTION?
Check the remote's battery level, presence of strong electromagnetic interference nearby, or whether the signal receiving antenna is properly connected.
4. IS THE EQUIPMENT'S AUTOMATIC IDLE FUNCTION FAILING?
Check if the pilot pressure detection switch or sensor under the joystick is faulty, or if this function has been disabled in the ECU.
5. DOES THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRODUCE SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT NOISE LEVELS WHEN COLD VERSUS HOT?
This is normal. Cold oil has high viscosity, increasing pump suction resistance and causing cavitation noise. After warming up, viscosity normalizes and noise primarily stems from mechanical friction and fluid flow.
6. INCREASED FOAMING AFTER HYDRAULIC FLUID REPLACEMENT?
Possible causes include adding low-quality fluid with poor anti-foaming properties, or incomplete drainage of old fluid during replacement, causing additive reactions between new and old fluids.
