Product Operate Guide
1. Start the engine
Reset the emergency stop button on the console.
Turn on the main power switch and observe the self-check on the instrument panel.
Sound the horn as a warning and then start the engine.
2. Preheat the ironing plate
This is a crucial step!
The ironing plate must be fully preheated before laying.
Open the valve of the liquefied gas (LPG) tank and ignite the ironing plate heater.
Depending on the construction materials and ambient temperature, the preheating time is generally 15 to 20 minutes to ensure that the base plate temperature uniformly reaches above 100℃ (for asphalt paving), prevent the mixture from sticking together, and guarantee the initial flatness.

1. Adequate preheating: The ironing plate must be preheated thoroughly (above 100℃) to prevent material adhesion and roughening at the start.

3. Material level control: Relying on ultrasonic material level gauges, the height of the material pile in front of the ironing plate is kept stable at two-thirds of the spiral blade.
4. Accurate reference: If an automatic leveling system is used, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the reference line or balance beam.
