Product Operate Guide
1. Start the engine: After confirming that there are no people or obstacles around, sound the horn as a warning and start the engine.
2. Idle running: After starting, let the engine idle at medium to low speed for 3 to 5 minutes to warm up the hydraulic oil.
3. System Testing: Under no-load conditions, test in sequence:
◦ Walking system: Forward, backward, left and right turns. Check if it is smooth.
◦ Scraper conveyor: Start, stop, and check if the chain tension is appropriate.
◦ Screw distributor: Forward rotation, reverse rotation. Check whether the material level height sensor is sensitive.
Vibration and tamping: Test the tamper and vibration functions respectively to ensure normal operation.
FAQ
The main differences lie in the grounding length of the tracks and the capacity of the hoppers. The RP603L is an extended type (L stands for Long), featuring longer tracks and larger hoppers. It has a lower ground contact pressure, stronger stability and endurance, and is particularly suitable for softer (softer) working conditions or continuous operations with large workloads.
How about the fuel consumption?
A: It is usually equipped with electronically controlled diesel engines of well-known brands such as Cummins or Deutz, with a power of approximately 90kW (120 horsepower), meeting the National III/National IV emission standards. Fuel consumption varies depending on working conditions, load and operating habits, generally ranging from 5 to 8 liters per hour.
A: Relying on two major systems:
1. High-density ironing plate: It provides initial pre-compaction density and reduces the number of compaction passes.
2. Intelligent leveling system: By using ultrasonic or laser non-contact balance beams, it automatically detects the unevenness of the base layer and adjusts the height of the ironing plate, which is the key to ensuring high flatness.
A: First, check whether the material level sensor is clean and whether its installation position is correct. Then adjust the "material level setting value" and "sensitivity" parameters on the control panel. Mechanically, it is necessary to check whether the tension of the chain of the screw distributor is appropriate.
A: Preheating must be carried out using liquefied gas (LPG). Before laying, the screed plate should be preheated for 20 to 40 minutes in advance to ensure that the temperature of the base plate uniformly reaches and exceeds the temperature of the mixture (usually above 100°C), preventing a sudden drop in material temperature from causing material sticking and unevenness. Personnel are not allowed to leave during preheating.
A: Thorough cleaning after daily work! All asphalt residue on the screed, screw distributor and scraper conveyor must be cleaned while still hot. Otherwise, it will be extremely difficult to clean after solidification, which will seriously affect the quality of the next paving and damage the equipment.
