Product Introduction
The RT60 features a Cummins engine and an optimized powertrain system, paired with an energy-efficient hydraulic system, significantly reducing fuel consumption. Fuel efficiency during high-speed operation is claimed to improve by over 20%. It is equipped with lifting protection controls for overload, over-wind, and over-discharge, along with the industry's exclusive rear axle wheel auto-centering control and automatic driving safety protection system, substantially enhancing active safety. The ergonomic cab design ensures operator comfort and convenience.
Product Advantage
Energy-saving and environment friendly
Specialized energy-saving hydraulic system. The torque converter with lockout function has features of large torque at low speeds and high efficiency at high speeds. Elevating control system for freefall, without additional power needed.
High mobility and efficiency
Two driving types of 4×2 and 4×4 are adopted with forwards and backwards driving function. Four steering modes are adopted , and the min. turning radius is 6.1m with better job site adaptability.
Powerful lifting capacity
Developed jointly by Chinese and German engineers, with advanced design concept. 5-section boom of 43.2m and jib of 17.5m with wide operation range.

Product Uses
1. Mining and Quarry Operations
Ideal for lifting and transporting ore, stone, equipment components, and installing pipelines in mines and quarries. Its rugged chassis and powerful off-road capabilities handle rough terrain, while specialized off-road tires and anti-slip differential locks facilitate navigation over complex surfaces.
2. Oilfields and Energy Sites
Used in oilfield and energy project sites for equipment installation, pipe handling, and maintenance support. Three operating modes—outrigger-supported lifting, tire-supported lifting, and load-moving—accommodate diverse construction site requirements.
3. Road, Bridge, and Infrastructure Construction
Widely deployed at highway and bridge construction sites for lifting precast components, steel materials, and other building supplies. Its extended boom configurations provide excellent reach, effectively covering large working areas.
4. Ports and Warehousing Logistics
In ports and large warehousing facilities, it efficiently handles loading/unloading and transferring heavy cargo, machinery, and materials. Its agile maneuverability and 360° slewing capability enhance logistics efficiency.
5. Power Engineering Construction and Emergency Response
Suitable for hoisting power towers and installing power grids in electrical projects, as well as emergency response at natural disaster or accident sites. Its excellent stability and reliable continuous operation capability meet diverse demands.
Product Operate Guide
RT60 operation must strictly adhere to regulations. Before commencing work, ensure all outriggers are fully extended and supported on solid, level ground. Monitor the load moment indicator (LMI) throughout operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Control boom movements smoothly via the control console, paying attention to the flexible switching between multiple steering modes. During lifting operations, a dedicated signal person must direct operations to ensure cargo is securely lashed and personnel are kept clear. After operation, fully retract and secure the boom, and perform regular maintenance. Operators must be certified.
FAQ
1. IS THE JOYSTICK OPERATION HEAVY OR THE FEEDBACK FORCE INCONSISTENT?
Fault in the pilot control system. Check the pilot pump pressure, pilot filter element, pilot oil circuit relief valve, and the pilot control valve itself.
2. IS THE HYDRAULIC OIL EMULSIFIED (TURNING MILKY WHITE)?
Water ingress in the oil. Inspect the cooler for internal leaks or verify if the tank cap seal has failed, allowing water ingress during rainy weather.
3. SYSTEM PRESSURE CANNOT BE INCREASED?
Main relief valve or related pressure valve spool stuck open, pressure adjustment spring failure, or pump adjustment mechanism malfunction.
4. ENTIRE MACHINE HAS NO POWER, ALL GAUGES DARK?
Check main power switch, battery master switch, battery cables, and main fuse.
5. DIM OR NO LIGHTING?
Check bulbs, sockets, relevant fuses, relays, wiring connections, and grounding.
6. POOR AIR CONDITIONING COOLING PERFORMANCE?
Check for insufficient refrigerant pressure, dust-clogged condenser fins, or a dirty air filter.
