Product Operate Guide
Before operation, it is necessary to conduct equipment inspection and site preparation: check the engine oil and hydraulic oil levels as well as the sealing of pipelines, tighten the drill pipe threads, and prepare suitable mud. After the drilling rig is in place, it is leveled and fixed, and the signals of the guiding system are tested.
The operation is divided into two steps: When drilling the guide hole, set the thrust and torque according to the formation, control the trajectory with the guide instrument, replace the thread wheel drill bit in the hard rock section and add a mud pump. Reaming should be carried out in stages, with the backdrag force controlled within 280kN, and continuous grouting should be performed to stabilize the hole wall.
In terms of safety, operators must wear protective equipment. Warning signs should be set up in the rotating area of the drill pipe. In case of sudden pressure changes or stuck drill, the machine should be stopped immediately for handling. On a daily basis, it is necessary to clean the equipment, inspect the pipelines, replace the hydraulic filter element and gear oil regularly, and strictly follow the official manual for operation.

A: It is recommended that the hydraulic oil be replaced every 250 hours, and the return oil filter element be replaced simultaneously. The diesel filter should be replaced every 50 hours. Failure to replace on time may lead to insufficient pressure in the hydraulic system, weak drilling, and accelerate the wear of components such as the pump body and motor, increasing the risk of failure.
A: The machine must be stopped immediately for inspection to prevent the fault from expanding. If there is an oil leakage, first check whether the sealing parts and oil pipe joints are damaged. Replace them in time. Abnormal noise requires a thorough inspection of the hydraulic pump and the power head gearbox. If accompanied by vibration, it may indicate component wear and tear. Contact after-sales service for inspection.
A: It is applicable to non-hard rock areas, such as clay, sandy soil, weathered rock layers, etc. For hard rock formations, it is necessary to replace the thread wheel drill bit, activate the low speed gear and expand the hole in stages (each diameter increment ≤150mm). The sand layer needs to increase the viscosity of the slurry to 60-70s, and adopt the "short advance and slow backdrag" method to prevent hole collapse.
A: Stop the pump and rotation immediately. Do not pull forcibly. First, slowly and alternately apply ±50kN of thrust and tension, and simultaneously inject 8MPa of high-pressure mud to lubricate the hole wall. If the problem is not resolved within 30 minutes, the drill pipe needs to be disassembled and removed in sections to prevent it from breaking.
A: First, check the battery power of the probe (it is recommended to use a model with a battery life of ≥100 hours), and then check if the antenna connection is loose or blocked. If the problem persists, the signal module needs to be repaired. The probe should be kept clean on a daily basis to prevent mud from blocking the signal holes. When storing, it should be kept away from strong magnetic fields.
A: It's mostly due to the battery being discharged or the fuel line being clogged. Check the battery level and charge it, then clean the fuel filter. If the vehicle is to be parked for a long time, it should idle for 15 minutes every month, change the hydraulic oil every quarter, disassemble the drill pipe and apply anti-rust oil.
