Product Operate Guide
Before operating the XCB-D50, a round-trip inspection should be conducted to ensure that the oil, tires and forks are in good condition. After starting the engine, let it idle and warm up for 3 to 5 minutes. When driving, be sure to abide by traffic rules, slow down when turning, and start and stop smoothly. During loading and unloading operations, the load must be centered and off-center loading is strictly prohibited. The lifting and lowering should be smooth and the line of sight should be good. Overloading operation or using forks to carry people is strictly prohibited. After parking, place the forks flat on the ground, pull the handbrake tightly, turn off the engine and remove the key. Regular maintenance is the key to ensuring safety and performance. Please strictly follow the requirements of the manual.

A: To ensure power performance and reliability, the XCB-D50 usually selects diesel engines from well-known domestic brands such as Yuchai, Xinchai or Changchai, which meet the National III emission standards. They are powerful, easy to maintain and have low costs.
A: Yes. The front wheels usually offer solid tire and pneumatic tire options. Solid tires are suitable for indoor and outdoor venues with rough ground and a lot of iron filings and debris, and are puncture-resistant. Pneumatic tires offer better shock absorption and traction, making them suitable for uneven outdoor surfaces. The rear wheels are generally small solid tires.
A: Three checks must be conducted:
1. Visual inspection: Tire pressure/wear, whether the forks are cracked or deformed.
2. Oil inspection: The levels of engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil and brake fluid.
3. Function check: Whether the lights, horn, handbrake and foot brake are functioning properly.
A: Be sure to go uphill with an empty vehicle and go downhill with a heavy one. That is, go uphill when empty and go downhill when backward. When heavily loaded, move forward to go downhill and backward to go uphill. At all times, keep the load above the ramp to prevent it from overturning.
• Daily: Conduct cleaning and daily inspections after each shift's work.
• 50 hours (first maintenance) : Change the engine oil and oil filter.
• 250 hours: Replace engine oil, oil filter, diesel filter, and check transmission oil, hydraulic oil, air filter, etc.
• 500 hours: Replace engine oil, oil filter, air filter, transmission oil, hydraulic oil and filters, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the braking system, steering system, etc.
Please strictly follow the provisions of the "User and Maintenance Manual" provided with the vehicle.
• Unable to start: Check if the battery is fully charged, if the wiring connections are loose, and if the fuel has run out.
• Weak lifting power/slow descent: Check if the hydraulic oil level is too low or if the hydraulic oil filter is clogged.
• Deviation in direction: Check if the tire pressure on both sides is consistent and if the wear is even.
