A powerful and efficient power system:
Well-known engines: Usually equipped with Cummins or Shangchai electronically controlled high-pressure common rail engines that meet the National III/National IV emission standards. This engine features high power, sufficient torque reserve (usually ≥35%), low fuel consumption and low noise. It can easily handle heavy-load working conditions, ensuring efficient operation while also taking economy into account.
Advanced hydraulic transmission technology (core advantage)
Full hydraulic transmission: It adopts the transmission form of "hydraulic pump + motor", replacing the traditional mechanical gearbox and achieving stepless speed change.

Before starting work, check around the machine and fasten your safety belt. Idle for preheating after starting. A single handle controls the walking and the movement of the scraper (lifting, lateral movement, and rotation). Operate smoothly and avoid sudden pushing or pulling. After the operation is completed, the scraper touches the ground. After the idle speed cools down, turn off the engine and apply the parking brake tightly. A: GR3005 adopts full hydraulic transmission. Compared with traditional mechanical transmission, hydraulic transmission does not require gear shifting, is more convenient to operate, can achieve stepless speed regulation, automatically adapt to load changes, has greater traction force, and offers more stable low-speed control, making it more suitable for fine and flat operations.
A: The Angle of the scraper needs to be adjusted according to the specific operation content
Leveling operation: The scraper can be set at a smaller positive Angle (with the tip facing forward), which is conducive to the forward rolling of materials and enables smooth pushing.
Slope scraping operation: It is necessary to utilize the rotation function of the scraper to form a certain Angle with the slope surface.
Soil transfer operation: A larger negative Angle (with the blade tip backward) can be adopted to increase the cutting depth and improve efficiency.
Principle: Start with a small Angle and make fine adjustments based on the actual effect and engine load to avoid engine stalling or severe impact on the equipment due to an overly large Angle.
A: Possible reasons include:
Improper tire pressure: Excessive pressure can reduce the ground contact area and cause skidding. If the pressure is too low, the resistance will be too large. Inflation should be carried out at the pressure specified in the manual.
The differential lock is not activated: When working on muddy and soft roads, the differential lock should be activated to prevent one side of the wheels from slipping and enhance the ability to get out of difficult situations.
The blade cuts too deep: The load is too heavy, exceeding the traction force of the engine. The blade should be appropriately raised or the cutting Angle reduced.
The transmission gear is too high: Under heavy-load conditions, a low gear should be used to provide greater torque.
A: The cab design is humanized, featuring spacious interior, good sealing and low noise. Equipped with a suspended seat, pilot hydraulic control (the handle operation force is very light) and panoramic view, it can significantly reduce the fatigue of the operator during long working hours.
A: Convenient. The layout of key maintenance points is reasonable and easy to access.
