Product Operate Guide
Boarding and Preparation：
Make sure there are no people or obstacles around the equipment.
Clean the soles of your shoes, get in the car safely and fasten your seat belt.
Place all the control levers in the middle position (N position) and make sure the parking brake is engaged.
Start the engine：
Turn the key to the "ON" position, observe the LCD monitor for self-check, and confirm that there are no abnormal alarms.
Continue to turn the key to the "START" position to start the engine. The startup time should not be too long. If it fails to start on the first attempt, wait for 2 minutes and try again.
Idle preheating and warm-up:
After starting, let the engine idle at approximately 1000 rpm for 5 to 10 minutes.
It is particularly important to note that LW180K is a large-scale device with a large hydraulic system capacity. It is strictly prohibited to immediately rev the accelerator or engage in heavy-load operations after starting. It is necessary to wait for the coolant temperature and hydraulic oil temperature to rise to the normal working range (usually the oil temperature indicated on the monitor is above 40-50℃) to protect the engine and hydraulic system and extend their service life.
