Product Introduction
The XCR70 is a renowned Chinese brand of Generation G 70-tonne class high-performance off-road tyre-mounted crane, specialising in efficient lifting operations across complex terrains. It integrates an extra-long main boom, formidable lifting capabilities, multi-mode steering, energy-efficient operation, and intelligent safety features, serving as the primary lifting equipment for oilfields, mines, infrastructure projects, and industrial sites.
Product Advantage
I. Lifting Performance: Class-leading 70-tonne capacity with unrivalled operational reach
45m five-section U-shaped main boom: 2–3m longer than competitors in its class, delivering 15%–27% superior performance in medium-to-long boom applications and 5%–20% advantage across all operating conditions.
Three extension modes: Rigidity / Hybrid / Strength modes adapt to diverse conditions, delivering both exceptional boom rigidity and precise micro-movement control.
II. Agile Manoeuvrability: Narrow-site champion, all-rounder on complex terrain
6.5m minimum turning radius: Industry's smallest, effortlessly navigating mines, oilfields and confined construction sites.
Four-mode steering + automatic angle adjustment: Front-wheel / rear-wheel / crab steering / figure-eight manoeuvres, all controlled via a single steering wheel with automatic angle adjustment upon switching modes for simplified operation.
III. Energy Efficiency & Productivity: Three Technologies for Cost Reduction and Performance Enhancement
Three-pronged energy-saving combination: Energy-efficient hydraulics + high-efficiency transmission + ECO mode, reducing operational fuel consumption by 15%–24% and high-speed consumption by 20%.
IV. Intelligent Safety: Comprehensive Protection, Human-Machine Harmony
Intelligent Interaction: Automatic task planning, fault self-diagnosis, real-time parameter monitoring for worry-free operation.
Active Driving Protection: Fault tiered management, automatic alerts/gear limiting/braking for enhanced travel safety.
V. Environment & Reliability: All-Terrain, Long-Life
EAC & International Certifications: Meets overseas export standards.
High Protection + Maintenance-Free Design: Durable critical components with over 3,000 hours Mean Time Between Failures.

Product Operate Guide
Site and Environmental Inspection
Ground must be firm and level, with bearing capacity ≥ equipment ground pressure. Clear all obstacles and personnel within the operating radius.
Wind speed ≤ 12 m/s (Force 6). Operations prohibited during rain, snow, heavy fog, or insufficient night-time illumination.
Outrigger area free of pipelines and depressions. Outrigger pads ≥ 50 mm thick, with area ≥ outrigger footplate.
Vehicle and System Inspection
Fuel, hydraulic fluid, coolant, and engine oil levels normal; hydraulic fluid free from emulsification or leakage
Tyre pressure and wear normal; outriggers, boom, wire ropes, and hooks free from damage or deformation
Moment limiter, height/reach limiters, anti-tipping device, emergency lowering, and dual-circuit braking functions operational
Engine idling, power take-off, steering, brakes, lights, horn, warning lights all normal
Personnel and Documentation
Operator holds valid Special Equipment Operator Certificate, familiar with this machine type and site command procedures
Dedicated signalman provided, using standardised hand signals/walkie-talkie, with clear commands for hoisting, slewing, stopping, and emergency procedures
FAQ
1. DOES THE SENSOR SIGNAL VOLTAGE OCCASIONALLY DROP TO ZERO DURING OPERATION?
Loose connections in the sensor power supply circuit cause momentary interruptions when the equipment vibrates.
2. DOES THE CAN BUS SYSTEM ON THE EQUIPMENT FREQUENTLY REPORT COMMUNICATION ERRORS?
Check if the 120-ohm termination resistor on the CAN bus is damaged or disconnected, or if water has entered the bus connector.
3. DOES THE INSTRUMENT SCREEN MOMENTARILY DIM WHEN HIGH-POWER ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS OPERATE?
The battery capacity is insufficient or degraded, increasing internal resistance and causing a sudden voltage drop during high-current discharge.
4. IS THERE STILL MOISTURE INSIDE THE WATERPROOF CONNECTOR?
The sealing ring was not properly installed during connection, or the sealing ring has aged and failed.
5. IS THE HYDRAULIC TANK LEVEL GAUGE DISPLAYING INACCURATELY?
The gauge float may be stuck, or oil residue may have accumulated on the outer wall of the transparent tube. Cleaning or replacement is required.
6. DOES THE SURFACE OF HYDRAULIC HOSES BECOME ABNORMALLY HOT AFTER THE SYSTEM OPERATES FOR A PERIOD?
The hose section may be internally blocked by flaking material due to aging, causing localized throttling and high temperatures. This is extremely dangerous and requires immediate replacement.
