Product Introduction
The RT100 is equipped with a Cummins QSL engine, utilizing a dedicated energy-saving hydraulic system and a lock-up torque converter to effectively reduce fuel consumption. High-speed fuel efficiency is claimed to decrease by over 20%. Its dual-cylinder rope-assisted telescoping system ensures stable and reliable boom extension and retraction. Safety is prioritized with overload, over-hoisting, and over-lowering protection controls, complemented by an industry-exclusive rear axle wheel auto-centering control and automatic travel safety protection system, significantly enhancing proactive safety.
Product Advantage
Specialized energy-saving hydraulic system. The torque converter with lockout function has features of large torque at low speeds and high efficiency at high speeds. Elevating control system for freefall, without additional
power needed.
Two driving types of 4×2 and 4×4 are adopted with forwards and backwards driving function. Four steering modes, min. turning radius is only 7.5m.

Product Uses
1. Mining and Quarry Operations
Ideal for lifting and transporting large ore blocks, stone materials, heavy equipment components, and installing pipelines in mines and quarries. Its rugged chassis and robust off-road capabilities, combined with specialized off-road tires and anti-slip differential locking devices, enable it to handle rugged terrain and operate flexibly in confined worksites.
2. Oilfield and Energy Base Construction
Deployed at oilfield and energy project sites for installing large equipment, transporting heavy pipes, and supporting maintenance operations. Its three operating modes—outrigger-supported, tire-supported, and load-carrying travel—flexibly adapt to diverse construction site requirements.
3. Large-Scale Road, Bridge, and Infrastructure Construction
Widely deployed at major construction sites like highways and bridges, it handles the lifting of heavy precast components, large steel structures, and other building materials. Its exceptional lifting capacity and extended boom configurations effectively cover extensive, challenging work areas.
Product Operate Guide
RT100 operation must be strictly standardized. Before operation, ensure outriggers are fully extended and supported on solid, level ground. Monitor the torque limiter throughout operation; overloading is strictly prohibited. Control boom movements smoothly via the control console, paying attention to the flexible switching between its four steering modes. During lifting operations, a dedicated signal person must direct the process, ensuring cargo is securely fastened and avoiding personnel. After operation, fully retract and secure the boom, and perform regular maintenance. Operators must hold valid certification.
FAQ
1. HOW TO MAINTAIN A BATTERY?
Keep the terminals clean, regularly check the electrolyte level and specific gravity. Disconnect the negative terminal during extended storage and charge once a month.
2. HOW TO IMPROVE EQUIPMENT OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY?
Perform regular maintenance, operate equipment correctly, and select appropriate working modes and attachments based on job conditions.
3. HOW TO ENSURE SAFETY WHEN WORKING NEAR HIGH-VOLTAGE LINES?
Maintain a safe distance, set up warning signs, assign a dedicated supervisor when necessary, and use insulated protective equipment.
4. HOW TO ADDRESS ABNORMAL TIRE WEAR?
Check and adjust tire pressure and alignment parameters, balance the wheels, and avoid overloading or sudden acceleration/braking.
5. WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN WHEN SERVICING THE BRAKING SYSTEM?
Use specialized tools, disassemble components in sequence, replace worn parts, adjust clearances after installation, and conduct functional testing.
6. HOW SHOULD THE REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM BE MAINTAINED?
Ensure communication modules function properly, perform regular software updates, safeguard account credentials, and promptly address alarm notifications.
