Product Introduction
The 3Y263J is a super-heavy-duty, mechanically driven three-wheel static roller and an upgraded version of the 3Y223J. With its greater tonnage and stronger compaction capacity, it is specially designed for the most demanding large-scale foundation projects and is the ultimate solution for building high-load-bearing bases.
Product Advantage
Super compaction capacity: With a working mass of 26 tons, it generates extremely high linear pressure, enabling the one-time compaction of thicker layers and significantly enhancing construction efficiency. It is particularly suitable for large-scale projects.
2. Ultimate reliability and durability: Equipped with a mature mechanical transmission system, it features a strong power reserve and a robust structure, capable of adapting to extremely harsh working conditions and continuous heavy operations without interruption.
3. Outstanding compaction effect: The ultra-wide rolling wheels (front wheels 2x535mm, rear wheels 2170mm) ensure extremely high flatness and uniform density, providing a perfect foundation for the upper structure.
4. Strong terrain adaptability: Excellent climbing ability and traction ensure passability and operational capacity in complex construction sites.

Product Uses
National high-grade highways and heavy-haul railways: Specifically designed for the compaction of the base and subgrade of expressways, first-class highways, national highways and heavy-haul railways, it provides extremely high load-bearing stability.
• Large airports and port terminals: It is the preferred equipment for projects with extremely high requirements for the bearing capacity of the foundation, such as airport runway base layers, port terminals, container yards, and logistics parks, and can effectively handle heavy loads.
• Large-scale water conservancy hubs and energy infrastructure: It is used for the foundation compaction of giant projects such as large DAMS, embankments, nuclear power plants, and thermal power plants, meeting the ultra-high standards of compaction degree and stability requirements.
Product Operate Guide
The 3Y263J is a 26-ton super heavy-duty mechanical transmission three-wheel roller, and its operation must be strictly standardized. Before commencing work, a comprehensive inspection of the entire machine's condition must be carried out, with a focus on confirming the reliability of the braking, steering and sprinkler systems. When compacting, maintain a uniform speed and drive in a straight line. It is recommended to use a low gear first to ensure the compaction effect. It is essential to follow the rolling principle of "light first, then heavy; slow first, then fast; from edge to center", and use water spraying reasonably to prevent the wheels from sticking. This equipment has a large tonnage and strong power. During operation, special attention should be paid to the lead time for steering and braking to ensure construction safety and quality. For detailed operation, please be sure to refer to the random "User and Maintenance Manual".
FAQ
A: In addition to the routine checks of oil, water and electricity, special attention should be paid to:
• Clutch: A key component of mechanical transmission. Regularly inspect and adjust the free travel of the pedal to avoid half-clutch operation.
• Structural components: Inspect key structural components such as the frame and steel wheels daily for any cracks or abnormal deformations.
• Fasteners: Due to severe vibration, it is necessary to regularly check the tightness of all important bolts.
• Lubrication: Strictly follow the requirements of the maintenance manual to apply grease to all lubrication points (such as the steering pin, bearings, etc.).
A: This is XG's model coding rule:
• 3Y: "3" stands for three rollers (i.e., three wheels), and "Y" stands for a roller.
• 26: It indicates that the maximum working mass is approximately 26 tons.
• 3J: "J" stands for mechanical transmission.
A: Its maximum climbing capacity is usually no less than 30%, which is sufficient to meet the slope requirements of most construction sites.
Before starting the operation, check the water level in the water tank and fill it with clean water.
2. Open the valve, start the water pump (if there is an independent switch) or use the driving force to drive the water pump.
3. Adjust the water spray nozzle to an appropriate amount of water to evenly moisten the surface of the steel wheel and prevent material adhesion.
Note: It is strictly prohibited to perform water spraying operations without water to avoid burning out the pump seal. When the temperature drops below 0℃ in winter, all the water in the water tank and pipes must be completely drained to prevent them from cracking due to freezing.
When rolling over, maintain a constant speed and drive in a straight line, avoiding sudden turns and sudden braking.
2. The compaction speed should not be too fast. Generally, it is recommended to use a low gear for compaction operations.
3. Adopt the rolling principle of "light first, then heavy; slow first, then fast; edge first, then center".
The adjacent rolling belts should overlap by 1/3 to 1/2 of the wheel width.
When changing the direction of travel, it should first be done on a compacted road surface.
A: After daily (8-10 hours per shift) work, the following should be carried out:
1. Winding the machine for inspection: Check for any oil leakage, water leakage or loosening.
2. Structural inspection: Check for any cracks or damages on the steel wheels, frame, scraper, etc.
3. Oil level check: Check the levels of engine oil, fuel and coolant.
Check the oil levels of the gear oil in the transmission, differential and final drive.
4. Cleaning: Clean the entire machine, especially the dust and debris on the engine radiator and hydraulic oil radiator.
