Start the engine:
Insert the key, connect the power supply (ON position), and wait for a few seconds for the system to self-check.
After observing that there are no abnormal alarms on the dashboard, turn the key to the "Start" position. Release the key immediately after the engine starts.
Idle for 3 to 5 minutes to preheat the engine and hydraulic system (especially in low-temperature conditions).
Turn off the engine:
Place the scraper steadily on the ground and release the hydraulic pressure.
Set all joysticks to the center position.
Let the engine idle for 2 to 3 minutes, and then turn it off.
Take out the key and lock the cab.
FAQ
A: Strictly follow the cycles stipulated in the official operation manual, usually based on working hours. For example:
First replacement: Generally around 500 hours (after the running-in period).
Subsequent replacement: Usually every 2,000 hours or once a year (whichever comes first).
Note: If the hydraulic oil is contaminated (water enters, turns milky white, has metal shavings) or deteriorates, it must be replaced immediately, regardless of whether the time is up or not.
A: The Angle of the scraper needs to be adjusted according to the specific operation content
Leveling operation: The scraper can be set at a smaller positive Angle (with the tip facing forward), which is conducive to the forward rolling of materials and enables smooth pushing.
Slope scraping operation: It is necessary to utilize the rotation function of the scraper to form a certain Angle with the slope surface.
Soil transfer operation: A larger negative Angle (with the blade tip backward) can be adopted to increase the cutting depth and improve efficiency.
Principle: Start with a small Angle and make fine adjustments based on the actual effect and engine load to avoid engine stalling or severe impact on the equipment due to an overly large Angle.
A: Possible reasons include:
Improper tire pressure: Excessive pressure can reduce the ground contact area and cause skidding. If the pressure is too low, the resistance will be too large. Inflation should be carried out at the pressure specified in the manual.
The differential lock is not activated: When working on muddy and soft roads, the differential lock should be activated to prevent one side of the wheels from slipping and enhance the ability to get out of difficult situations.
The blade cuts too deep: The load is too heavy, exceeding the traction force of the engine. The blade should be appropriately raised or the cutting Angle reduced.
The transmission gear is too high: Under heavy-load conditions, a low gear should be used to provide greater torque.
A: Possible causes:
The hydraulic oil level is too low: It causes the pump to suck air. Check and add it to the standard oil level.
Hydraulic oil filter element blockage: It causes poor oil passage. Check and replace the filter element.
Insufficient pilot pressure or main pressure: Professional technicians are required to use a pressure gauge to detect the system pressure.
If the valve core of the multi-way valve is stuck or leaking internally: The valve assembly needs to be cleaned or replaced.
