Pre-assignment inspection and preparation
Equipment inspection: Before starting up, please conduct a comprehensive inspection of whether all components of the drilling rig are complete, whether the connections are firm, and confirm whether the liquid levels of hydraulic oil, fuel oil, etc. are normal and sufficient.
Site confirmation: Ensure that the drilling rig is parked on a stable and solid site. Avoid operating on inclined or soft ground to prevent danger.
Drill installation: According to the specific construction requirements, select the appropriate drill pipe and drill bit, and install them correctly on the drilling rig.
Startup and Positioning
Start the rotary drilling rig as required by the equipment manual, observe the instrument panel, and ensure that all systems are operating normally.
Use the traveling mechanism of the drilling rig itself to move it to the predetermined working position.
Adjustment and drilling

If the engine fails to start, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot
First, check if the battery is undercharged and if the circuits are loose or corroded.
Check whether the teeth of the starter motor are worn or whether the spring is broken.
Check whether there is voltage in the starter electromagnetic coil.
If there are no issues with the above, then it is necessary to check the engine itself, such as whether the crankshaft rotation is blocked.
If there is oil leakage at the oil seal of the power head skeleton, the following methods can be referred to for troubleshooting:
Check whether the lips of the skeleton oil seal are worn or scratched, and replace them if necessary.
Check whether the contact area between the main shaft and the oil seal is scratched. If there are scratches, the main shaft and the oil seal may need to be replaced.
If the main shaft and the oil seal have good contact but there is still oil leakage, it may be that the axial clearance of the bearing is too large. The adjustment gasket of the bearing end cover needs to be adjusted to ensure that the clearance is between 0.08mm and 0.15mm.
