Product Operate Guide
Before starting work, be sure to check the oil, sprinkler system and safety devices. During compaction, use high amplitude and low frequency for initial compaction, and switch to low amplitude and high frequency for re-compaction and final compaction. It is strictly prohibited to start vibration or turn. The intelligent compaction system monitors the number of passes and temperature in real time to ensure quality. Mode selection: Make full use of its powerful dual-frequency and dual-amplitude. For the initial pressing of thick layers, high amplitude must be used.
Intelligent system usage: Learn to view and understand the data on the intelligent system screen to guide construction.
Field of view observation: Due to the larger size of the equipment, it is necessary to make full use of the rearview mirror and camera (if optional) to observe the surrounding environment.
A: High amplitude is used for the initial compaction of thick layers or materials that are difficult to compact; Low amplitude is used for thin layering, final compaction or compaction with particle size restrictions on the material to achieve a smoother surface.
A: Check the levels of engine oil, coolant and fuel. Check the hydraulic oil level; Check if there is any adhered asphalt on the steel wheel. Check whether the sprinkler system is functioning properly. Walk around the vehicle to check for any oil or water leakage.
A: First, check the water level in the water tank and whether the filter screen is clean. Secondly, use the on-board needle to clean the nozzle. The XD143 is usually equipped with a high-pressure self-cleaning system. Regularly enabling this function can effectively prevent clogging. If the problem persists, check the water pump pressure.
A: Yes, the vibration hydraulic system is the core. The hydraulic oil and filter element should be replaced after the first 500 hours. Under normal circumstances thereafter, they should be replaced every 1,000 hours. If the working environment is harsh, the oil change cycle should be appropriately shortened.

Engine oil: Generally, 15W-40 diesel engine oil of CF-4 or above grade is recommended.
